- Independently create and launch Email & SMS campaigns
- Build Welcome, Retention, Reactivation / Win-back, and VIP flows
- Segment users based on behavior and lifecycle stage
- Work with both existing and cold / external audiences
- Develop promotional offers and engagement mechanics
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email & SMS Marketing
- Experience working with existing and cold audiences
- Practical experience building automated flows and customer journeys
- Ability to independently write effective Email & SMS copy
- Strong written English (B2+)
