- Implement and develop RFM and behavioral segmentation.
- Build and manage CRM plans across different player segments.
- Manage CRM communication channels (Email, Push, Onsite, SMS).
- Develop and execute Sportsbook CRM campaigns around major sporting events, leagues, tournaments, and seasonal promotions.
- Personalize offers and customer journeys (free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, odds boosts, etc.).
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in CRM or Retention.
- Proven experience in Sportsbook is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of player behavior, retention mechanics, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with CRM funnels, customer segmentation, and key performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with RFM and behavioral segmentation.
