Що робити

Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies to increase player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and activation to retention, reactivation, and VIP growth.
Build and manage CRM calendars, promotional plans, and communication strategies.
Design and optimize welcome journeys, reload campaigns, cashback programs, tournaments, missions, and loyalty initiatives.
Create and improve player segmentation models based on behavior, value, and engagement.

Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within iGaming, Crypto Casino, Sportsbook, or related industries.
Strong understanding of player lifecycle management and retention mechanics.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral marketing.
Experience designing and managing bonus programs, loyalty systems, and promotional mechanics.
