Що робити

  • Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies to increase player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and activation to retention, reactivation, and VIP growth.
  • Build and manage CRM calendars, promotional plans, and communication strategies.
  • Design and optimize welcome journeys, reload campaigns, cashback programs, tournaments, missions, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Create and improve player segmentation models based on behavior, value, and engagement.

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within iGaming, Crypto Casino, Sportsbook, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle management and retention mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral marketing.
  • Experience designing and managing bonus programs, loyalty systems, and promotional mechanics.
