Що робити

  • Develop and execute the email lifecycle strategy, including welcome, onboarding, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Analyze and optimize the email conversion funnel, retention mechanics, and RFM segmentation.
  • Plan and run A/B tests focused on key business metrics such as LTV, Retention, and Churn.
  • Segment user audiences and deliver personalized email communications.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance, including Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Delivery Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, and Spam Rate.

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or product-led marketing within a product or SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and launching email campaigns (triggers, newsletters, and lifecycle emails) using CRM/ESP platforms such as Reteno or similar tools.
  • Experience building and optimizing email automation flows (welcome, onboarding, retention, reactivation).
  • Experience developing and maintaining an email communication strategy for B2C products.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and personalization.
