- Working in Retention Team;
- Assist in implementing the overall brand strategy in various GEOs;
- Analyzing the market and competitors;
- Develop, launch and oversee automated and manual email, push, sms campaigns to improve customer retention and increase engagement;
- Monitor their quality, analyze their effectiveness, prepare reports on them;
Що очікуємо
- Experience in the gambling/betting niche in a similar position for 1 year or more;
- Experience with Email newsletters;
- Experience in working and setting up additional communication channels with existing customer bases;
- Experience with Customer.io CRM system is a must;
- Experience with Softswiss platform;
