Що робити

  • Develop creative concepts for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
  • Research competitors, market trends, and winning creatives to generate new advertising ideas.
  • Prepare detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors, and UGC creators.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers to align creative strategy with campaign objectives.
  • Analyze creative performance and identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and other key metrics.

Що очікуємо

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and performance marketing principles.
  • Experience creating creative briefs and working with design or video production teams.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into creative decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Що пропонуємо

  • Experience in affiliate marketing or media buying.
  • Experience working with UGC creators.
  • Basic knowledge of copywriting for paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks.
  • Experience using AI tools for creative research and ideation.
