We are building a sports booking platform that connects sports clubs and individual trainers with people looking for sports activities.
For sports businesses, our platform works as a CRM and booking system where they can publish services, manage schedules, communicate with customers and receive bookings.
For users, it is one place to discover sports activities, compare options and book them easily.
The product is already being developed, and now we are looking for someone who can help us solve one of our most important challenges: bring sports clubs, trainers and other sports providers onto the platform and help them start actively using it.
At the moment, clubs can use the platform for free, so this role is not primarily about selling a subscription.
It is about understanding club owners, building trust, introducing them to a new way of working, helping them understand the product and finding creative ways to grow our network of sports partners.
What you will do
You will own a large part of our business development, partnerships and communication with sports providers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Finding and contacting sports clubs, studios, academies, trainers and other sports providers.
Speaking directly with owners, managers and decision-makers.
Building genuine relationships with sports businesses instead of relying only on standard sales scripts.
Presenting our platform and demonstrating how the CRM works.
Helping new partners understand the system and complete onboarding.
Helping clubs publish their services, schedules and other information correctly.
Following up with partners after onboarding and helping them become active users of the platform.
Understanding why some clubs decide to use the platform and why others do not.
Collecting feedback, requests and problems reported by clients.
Keeping clear notes about client conversations, requested improvements, product issues and ideas.
Organizing this feedback so that it can be easily communicated to the founders and product team.
Helping us distinguish between one client's individual request and a problem that may affect many clubs.
Building relationships with municipalities, sports departments, sports federations, associations and other organizations connected to sport.
Looking for opportunities to work with sports communities, events, universities, companies and local organizations.
Developing creative ways to attract clubs that go beyond traditional cold outreach.
Thinking about advertising, partnerships, referral programs, local campaigns and other growth experiments.
Tracking contacts, meetings, follow-ups, onboarding and activation in a structured way.
Communication with clients is a critical part of this role
We are looking for someone who can create an easy and natural connection with different kinds of people.
You should be genuinely interested in understanding how a club operates, what problems it has and what would make its daily work easier.
We do not want someone whose main goal is simply to convince the client that our product is good.
We want someone who listens.
Sometimes a conversation with a club owner may reveal that something in our product is confusing, missing or unnecessarily complicated.
In these situations, we expect you to understand the client's real need, ask the right questions, document the feedback and communicate it clearly to the team.
You will act as an important connection between the people using our product and the people building it.
Digital skills
You do not need to be a programmer and we do not expect you to write code.
However, strong modern computer skills are very important for this position.
You should:
Feel confident working with web applications and CRM systems.
Be comfortable learning new software without needing detailed instructions for every step.
Understand basic concepts of modern digital security, such as MFA and why account security matters.
Be comfortable working with
