At Promova, we’re redefining language education for the AI-powered era — making learning accessible, personal, and inspiring for millions of people worldwide. Our 150+ teammates unite around one mission: to connect people, bridge cultures, and empower lifelong learners — in every country except aggressor states (yes, even Antarctica).
We blend AI innovation with human creativity to help people speak with confidence and truly belong anywhere. If you want to test bold ideas, move fast, and make an impact — you’ll feel right at home.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Producer to create emotionally engaging, high-performing creatives that move from raw hypothesis to ready-to-test assets. This is not a classic motion design role where you only receive a brief and animate it. We’re looking for someone who can own a broader creative production cycle: shape an idea into a concept, choose the right production route, create static and motion assets, use AI tools where they make sense, prepare variations for paid channels, and understand what actually works after launch.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of motion design, AI production, creative marketing, and performance. Your work will directly support marketing messages, capture attention, and contribute to business metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion, retention, and overall creative effectiveness. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with bold concepts, test fast, and use cutting-edge AI tools — from GPT and Midjourney to AI video, voice, avatar, and automation tools.
What You’ll Do
You’ll turn creative hypotheses into strong, brand-aligned assets that can be tested, scaled, and improved.
Transform approved hypotheses into specific creatives: concept, script, visual direction, format, and final asset.
Work full-stack across idea, static, motion, script, and production — without passing every step between several people.
Decide the best production route: what should be generated with AI, what should be created in-house, and where UGC/creators can be involved.
Create static and motion assets while keeping execution quality and brand voice at the level of the final asset.
Prepare creative variations for Meta, TikTok, ASO, and other surfaces, adapting each asset to platform rules without losing the core idea.
Use AI tools to generate references, stylistic visuals, backgrounds, short videos/effects, character animation, voiceovers, and other production elements.
Integrate AI-generated content into videos without losing quality or visual consistency.
Work with brand guidelines: typography, colors, logo, grids, tone of voice, and visual style.
Keep the quality bar high and distinguish a brand-grade result from AI-slop.
Create variations at the pace of performance testing, not at the pace of slow agency-style production.
Keep production metadata organized: asset format, what was produced, links, and relevant context.
Research new AI tools and suggest how to implement them into the creative production workflow.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in motion design or a similar creative production role. Years of experience are less important than your portfolio and ability to execute.
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects and a good understanding of animation principles: composition, rhythm, dynamics, easing, anticipation, overshoot, and timing.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma, including the ability to prepare graphics for animation: layer import into After Effects, grouping, naming, and file structure.
Ability to create concepts, not only execute someone else’s ideas: you understand storytelling, hook dramaturgy, and can suggest your own creative direction.
Confident use of AI tools such as GPT, Midjourney, Veo, Higgsfield, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Claude, Magnific, Google Research, or similar tools — from generating references, visuals, backgrounds, short videos/effects, character anima
