Що робити
- Own end-to-end production of performance creatives (video and static) for paid user acquisition (focusing on Meta)
- Build and run the creative pipeline from briefing to delivery: ideation, briefing, production, launch, iteration
- Partner with the UA team daily — translate performance data and learnings into new creative concepts, hooks, and hypotheses
- Plan weekly creative output and hit volume targets without sacrificing quality
- Manage internal designers; source and onboard new talent as we scale
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Creative Strategist / Creative Marketing Manager for subscription web funnels, apps
- Demonstrable track record of producing high-performing UA creatives (Meta)
- Strong understanding of performance creative principles: hooks, retention, CTAs, platform-native best practices
- Excellent project management skills — comfortable shipping dozens of creative variations per month under tight deadlines
- Data literacy — confident reading creative dashboards, identifying winners, and writing briefs that translate insights into actions
