We’re looking for a creative, curious, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to help bring our product to the world.
This isn’t just a social media role. You’ll create content, shape our brand, build landing pages, write compelling copy, and experiment with new ways to attract customers.
You’ll work directly with our founders, designers, and engineers in a small, ambitious startup team where your ideas can quickly become reality.
What you’ll do
Create content that stands out. Develop engaging social media posts, visuals, short-form videos, product announcements, and creative campaigns that bring Hesti’s story to life.
Build landing pages that convert. Work with our design and engineering teams to create compelling landing pages, experiment with messaging, and improve conversions.
Write copy that connects. Craft clear, creative, and persuasive English copy for our website, emails, product launches, ads, and marketing campaigns.
Help us acquire customers. Explore creative ways to reach homeowners, designers, and contractors in the U.S. market through content, outreach, partnerships, and growth experiments.
Shape our brand. Help define how Hesti looks, sounds, and communicates across different channels.
Turn ideas into campaigns. Take ideas from brainstorming to execution, combining storytelling, design, and technology.
Experiment with AI and automation. Use modern AI tools to accelerate content creation, streamline workflows, and discover new marketing opportunities.
Learn what works and make it better. Track engagement, conversions, and campaign performance to continuously improve results.
What we’re looking for
Excellent English (C1 or above), both written and spoken, with confidence creating content for a U.S. audience.
Strong copywriting skills, creativity, visual judgment, and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
Practical experience creating content, managing social media, or running marketing campaigns, whether through a company role, freelance work, or personal projects.
An interest in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and experimenting with new growth channels.
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with teammates, customers, and external partners.
Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to turn ideas into finished work.
Comfort working in a startup where priorities evolve and your contribution makes a visible difference.
Nice to have
Your own content channel, blog, newsletter, or creative portfolio.
Experience with landing pages, conversion optimization, SEO, email marketing, or paid campaigns.
Skills in video editing, graphic design, or tools like Figma and Canva.
Experience with community building, creator partnerships, or customer acquisition.
Interest in AI tools, automation, UI/UX, or creative technology.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic coding.
Ukrainian and/or Russian language skills.
Willingness to relocate to Bratislava, Slovakia, and work alongside our team in our local office.
