- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Understanding of performance marketing principles and key creative metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate).
- Ability to independently turn ideas into production-ready creatives.
