- Support A/B testing processes and optimize creatives based on performance data
Що очікуємо
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative roles — or exceptional junior talent with a strong portfolio
- High-level English, both written and spoken
- Strong client-facing communication skills and comfort working directly with customers
- Ability to manage feedback, clarify requirements, and communicate creative decisions professionally
- Availability to work during US time zone hours
