Що робити
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the iGaming business in South Africa.
- Lead the local team, including structure, processes, performance, and development.
- Work directly with the local gambling regulator and coordinate regulatory matters with Legal/Compliance.
- Oversee compliance with local licence requirements and operational compliance processes.
- Coordinate with the group’s central functions, including Marketing, Acquisition, Product, Finance, Compliance, Support, and other teams.
Що очікуємо
- Hands-on experience in Gambling/iGaming operations.
- Experience managing teams and operational processes.
- Understanding of the key processes of a B2C gambling operator, including acquisition, player lifecycle, payments, support, KYC/Compliance, and Responsible Gambling.
- Commercial mindset and ability to work with business and operational KPIs.
- Ability to make independent decisions and coordinate multiple functions.
