- Selection of nominee services (nominee directors) in various jurisdictions
- Analyzing jurisdictions and preparing recommendations for incorporating companies to meet specific business objectives
- Developing and optimizing the structure of a group of companies with consideration of the tax burden
- Preparing and managing agreements with payment service providers (PSPs) and NDAs
- Maintaining day-to-day legal document
Що очікуємо
- At least 3 years of experience in the high-risk sector (gambling, cryptocurrency, forex, or related industries with similar characteristics)
- Understanding of the specifics of corporate structures in high-risk businesses
- Experience in building and optimizing group company structures
- Ability to independently propose solutions and justify them
- Willingness to collaborate with international businesses
