- Entity formation & lifecycle management
- Incorporate companies across multiple jurisdictions and support them throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Run jurisdiction research and recommend optimal structures for specific objectives.
- Source and coordinate service providers, registered and business addresses, and other setup essentials.
- Prepare all corporate documents and company policies.
Що очікуємо
- Qualified lawyer with solid corporate and commercial legal experience.
- Experience in fintech or with a PSP is highly desirable — you understand how payment companies are built, licensed, and regulated.
- Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction company formation and ongoing corporate maintenance.
- Familiarity with licensing regimes (MSB / EMI / PI / CASP or equivalents) and regulatory reporting.
- A builder’s mindset — able to connect people, coordinate providers, and create processes from scratch.
