- Resolve IT incidents and requests reported by employees.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and access in Microsoft Entra ID and M365 Admin Center.
- Enroll and maintain devices using Microsoft Intune (MDM).
- Support access management — onboarding/offboarding, permissions, licensing.
- Monitor systems, manage backups, and troubleshoot network issues.

- Windows and/or macOS administration.
- Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (users, groups, licenses).
- Microsoft Intune (MDM — device enrollment, compliance, app deployment).
- Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Security fundamentals (MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection).
