- Research audience needs and turn recurring questions into useful resources.

- Strong English writing, editing, and interviewing skills.
- Practical experience with SEO, keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
- Experience managing website content through a CMS.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and website analytics.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills.

- Knowledge of arboriculture, landscaping, construction, or other field-service industries.
- Experience with newsletters, online events, and technical SEO.
- Work format: Full-time, remote, Monday–Friday, with agreed working hours that overlap with the US market.
