• Manage the work of Sales, Support, and client onboarding: priorities, task allocation, deadlines, feedback, and oversight of results
• Build operations around AI automation. We grow by selling data, so our growth depends on the quality of our people and the continuous improvement of our AI agents, rather than the number of people on the team
• Personally join client calls to conduct customer development and explore client needs, with the aim of identifying priorities for product solutions that can improve their experience of working with us and, as a result, increase the average transaction value
• Participate in creating products within the company, developing strategy and tactics, and prioritizing tasks
