Що робити

  • Outbound Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, email, and other approved channels to generate interest and book qualified sales conversations.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Sales Conversion: Qualify prospects, present ELVTR’s high-ticket educational offerings, and close deals.
  • CRM Management: Accurately log all outreach activities, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics and continuously work toward exceeding targets.

Що очікуємо

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outbound Sales Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or prospecting—ideally in a high-ticket or consultative sales environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and modern online communication platforms.
  • Strong Cognitive Skills: Ability to understand and discuss complex educational products with a well-educated audience.
