- New Business Acquisition
- Develop and execute the outbound sales strategy, including ICP definition, outreach sequences, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and prepare weekly forecasts.
- Ensure a structured handoff of signed clients to the Customer Success team.
- Partner Channel Development

- Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, growth, or commercial leadership roles within SaaS, FinTech, HCM, Payroll, or related industries.
- Proven track record of closing deals in international markets.
- Experience managing a P&L or owning a revenue function.
- Experience building and managing partner channels.
