Job Summary: the Client Success Specialist is an operational delivery resource post implementation and works closely with the assigned Client Success Manager. The client success specialist completes operational tasks required to deliver contracted solutions to assigned customer portfolio. The CSS also coordinates with other groups who provide support for customers like Procurement, Service Desk, Expense Management. The client success specialist must have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as, operational, multi-tasking, customer service, and analytical skills. The basic knowledge and understanding of the Service Now will be the additional advantage.
Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities:
Works with Client Success Manager assigned to clients who act as the primary point of contact on clients.
Handles recurring delivery tasks like Quarterly Business Review creation, real time usage checks, allocation reporting, etc.
Works closely with Client Success Manager and advises of challenges and opportunities related to the client.
Supports Client Success Manager with needed documentation so that CSM can successfully facilitate client
Tracks down missing invoices, monitors open tickets and incidents, and follows up where needed.
Works with carriers to resolve billing disputes or ticket issues
Serves as back up for Client Success Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study (Technical) or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of experience working in Client Support capacity.
Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Fluent English (written and spoken) required to interact with international clients, partners, and internal teams.
Shift: Monday—Friday, 11:00 AM—8:00 PM Kyiv Time, with a 1-hour break.
