Client Onboarding Specialist

Що робити

Own and coordinate the onboarding process for new direct and B2B partners
Take over new clients from the Business Development team and guide them through all onboarding stages
Coordinate contracts, commercial details, compliance requirements, technical integration, game setup, and launch
Coordinate communication between Sales/BD, Account Management, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Technical teams, and external partners
Follow up with internal teams and partners to keep processes moving and prevent delays

Що очікуємо

3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, operations, or a similar role within a B2B environment
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Proven ability to manage multiple partners and processes simultaneously
Strong follow-up skills and confidence in driving processes forward
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, reliable data

Що пропонуємо

Experience in iGaming, SaaS, fintech, or another B2B industry
Experience with B2B integrations and partner onboarding
Experience working with monday.com or similar CRM/project management systems
Basic understanding of contracts, compliance, and technical integrations
Experience working with international partners
