Що робити
- Lead and develop a team of 3–5 outbound specialists (SDRs, appointment setters, campaign managers);
- Own client retention: proactively manage at-risk accounts, drive renewals and upsells;
- Build and maintain repeatable playbooks — onboarding, escalation, QA, campaign optimization;
- Be the main point of contact for US/Canada clients: status calls, strategy reviews, tough conversations;
- Monitor and improve campaign performance: email deliverability, LinkedIn outreach, reply rates, appointment metrics;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years in B2B lead gen, appointment setting, or outbound agency environment;
- 2+ years managing a team (3–5 people);
- Proven track record of retaining and growing a client portfolio — you know how to save a client before they churn;
- You've built things that outlast you: onboarding docs, escalation flows, campaign frameworks;
- Deep understanding of outbound mechanics: email infrastructure, LinkedIn, sequencing, KPIs;
