Що робити
- Reply to every client message the same business day, even if it is only to say when you will follow up.
- Run client calls: send the agenda, come prepared, agree who leads, and send the recap within 24 hours.
- Hand every action item to the project manager, confirm it is scheduled, and tell the client when it is done.
- Check every report, recap, estimate and email before it reaches a client: right client, right numbers, right dates.
- Know each client’s goals, open issues and mood, and raise risks early.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years owning client relationships at an agency or services firm
- Experience handling 10 or more client accounts at once
- You can read an SOW and tell what is in scope, and you have delivered estimates or change orders to clients
- Clear, calm and accurate written and spoken English. You catch a wrong name, number or date before it goes out
- Comfortable with upset clients, and you escalate without delay
