Must-have:
Proven experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or CMO: building and scaling marketing functions, leading teams, delivering measurable business results;
3+ years of experience managing a team of 3 or more people;
B2B experience in innovative industries and international markets;
Experience developing marketing strategies;
Original, bold marketing ideas that set a brand apart from competitors: you challenge conventional approaches, spot emerging opportunities and turn creative thinking into measurable business impact;
Ability to present results in numbers;
English B2+.
