- 1. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Manage capital, financial risks, budget allocation, and financial modeling.
- Shape the liquidity utilization strategy for the international system and units of account, ensuring audit transparency.
- Optimize tax, financial, and legal structures for working with transactional products.
- Manage group financial flows, FX risks, and hedging strategies.
Що очікуємо
- Significant experience in a similar financial role (CFO, VP of Finance) in fintech, payment services, crypto, or Web3.
- Deep understanding of international payment systems, acquiring, and fiat-crypto infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience working with rare, complex, and high-risk jurisdictions (High Risk / Mid Risk).
- Practical experience operating in international jurisdictions, particularly Asia, UAE, and Europe.
- Understanding of enterprise-level operations with fiat and crypto assets, as well as stablecoins.
