• Developing the Company’s annual budget, along with the budgets of individual projects, and monitoring their execution
• Analyzing financial indicators and variances (plan vs. actual) and optimizing costs
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and preparing management reports for the Company’s leadership
• Monitoring the use of funds for their intended purpose and the compliance of expenditures with contract terms and international donor requirements
• Advising project managers on budgeting and financial planning
