Що робити
- Team development Hire and develop key talent, build a scalable commercial structure, set KPIs and motivation systems, run performance reviews.
- Sales & growth management Own the full advertiser lifecycle (sales, launch, account management, scaling, retention, reactivation). Control and grow key metrics: new revenue, LTV, ARPU, churn.
- Strategy Develop and execute the demand strategy. Define priority GEOs, verticals, and segments. Identify new growth opportunities and scale spend.
- Process Build and optimize the end-to-end funnel. Own CRM/pipeline hygiene, conversion rates, and deal cycle. Set up cross-team workflows within the department.
- Cross-department collaboration Sync with Traffic, CPA, RTB, Product, and Marketing teams. Shape product requirements from the demand side.
Що очікуємо
- 10+ years in digital marketing (ad network / affiliate network), including 5+ years in a leadership role
- 5-7+ years of overall commercial experience
- Proven experience building or scaling demand/sales units
- Track record managing revenue in the $5M-$10M range
- Deep understanding of direct demand/supply and RTB/programmatic advertising
