Що робити
- Take ownership of one of the platform's core business domains and become the technical expert in that area.
- Analyze existing operational workflows and identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
- Design and build scalable backend and frontend solutions using modern TypeScript technologies.
- Apply AI and LLM-powered approaches to improve engineering productivity, automate workflows, and solve business challenges.
- Work closely with Product Managers to shape product direction, define technical solutions, and prioritize initiatives.
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience designing and delivering complex distributed systems from concept to production.
- Solid understanding of modern TypeScript ecosystem and experience (or willingness to quickly learn) technologies such as tRPC, Drizzle ORM, and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.
