This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to own the accounting function of a growing business group, influence how financial processes are built, and drive automation rather than simply maintain an existing accounting system.
What You’ll Do:
First priorities:
Take ownership of accounting, tax and reporting across the holding and ensure smooth period closing.
Manage consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
Coordinate the accounting team of 5, including priorities, responsibilities and deadlines.
Build effective collaboration with project CEOs, external accountants and auditors.
Going forward:
Optimize and automate accounting processes, including 1C, billing and AI tools.
Support accounting and tax matters related to new companies, reorganizations and changes in the holding structure.
Provide accounting and tax support to the Company Owner.
What We Expect:
Head / Chief Accountant-level experience with ownership of an accounting function.
Experience managing an accounting team and multiple legal entities.
Experience working across different jurisdictions.
Systematic, independent and strong in communication.
English B2+.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Estonian and/or Hong Kong entities.
Experience in accounting automation and process optimization.
Experience with 1C, billing systems or AI tools.
