Що робити
- Financial Strategy & Modeling: Drive group-wide financial modeling, dynamic budgeting, capital allocation, and long-term planning.
- Treasury & Cash Flow: Oversee multi-currency cash flow, working capital, and global liquidity management.
- Consolidated Reporting & Compliance: Deliver accurate consolidated IFRS statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ensure tax/regulatory compliance across EU and offshore jurisdictions.
- Banking & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison with Tier-1 global banking partners, external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsels.
- M&A & Investments: Direct investment portfolio performance, conduct financial due diligence, structure M&A transactions, and evaluate strategic business opportunities.
Що очікуємо
- 10+ years of proven financial leadership (CFO, Finance Director, or VP of Finance) within international multi-jurisdictional holdings.
- Corporate Structuring: Strong track record in cross-border tax optimization, substance, and multi-entity financial consolidation.
- Balanced Expertise: Ability to maintain a 50/50 strategic balance between corporate financial controls and active investment/M&A execution.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (European Higher Education degree or European-accredited MBA/CMA is preferred).
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and native/fluent Russian.
