- ● Define and execute the company’s strategic vision, business goals, and growth initiatives;

- ● Identify market opportunities, analyze iGaming trends, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements;
- ● Build a high-performance, inclusive culture and oversee organizational structure, hiring, and performance management;
Що очікуємо
- ● 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles (CEO, COO, Managing Director, General Manager, or equivalent);
- ● Proven experience in the iGaming industry is a must;
- ● Strong understanding of the slot games market and iGaming business models;
- ● Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills;
- ● Experience scaling businesses and optimizing operational processes;
