- Shape the product vision and prioritize improvements for Tier-1 markets.
- Optimize the player journey from the first visit through registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, and retention.
- Manage the bonus system, including free spins, cashback, tournaments, missions, quests, and loyalty programs.
- Define bonus conditions, wagering requirements, and limits; monitor bonus rate and overall bonus costs.
- Work with designers to improve UX/UI across navigation, the cashier, promotional pages, and other key user flows.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in iGaming / online casino.
- Hands-on experience with bonus systems, retention mechanics, and player journeys.
- Understanding of bonus economics and their impact on product performance.
- Experience improving UX/UI, website structure, and onsite funnels.
- Experience with product analytics and A/B testing.
