• Run deep discovery directly with the first clients. Structured sessions across leadership, operations, and front-line staff.
• Map current-state processes, systems, data flows, hand-offs, and manual work, and quantify the baseline.
• Produce the operational diagnostic: what’s broken, what it costs, and why it persists.
• Build the transformation roadmap and the business case. Investment, ROI, payback, and risk.
