- Take full ownership of BillionRent’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the project runs efficiently and delivers measurable business results.
- Lead and develop the project team, set priorities, monitor execution, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
- Build, optimize and document scalable operational processes, standards and workflows across the business.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, business risks and revenue leaks, and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with designers and developers by translating business needs into clear product requirements and overseeing implementation.

- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business metrics, profitability and operational KPIs.
- Experience working with product, design and engineering teams.
