- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry connections.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage your own Sales Development Representative (SDR*)* team to scale prospecting efforts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify new partnership opportunities with marketplaces and strategic partners across Europe.
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or B2B is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience engaging decision-makers and executives.
- Solid understanding of the European market, including experience working with marketplaces and retailers.
- Ability to develop and implement scalable business models and adapt strategies based on market changes.
