Що робити

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry connections.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage your own Sales Development Representative (SDR*)* team to scale prospecting efforts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with marketplaces and strategic partners across Europe.

Що очікуємо

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or B2B is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience engaging decision-makers and executives.
  • Solid understanding of the European market, including experience working with marketplaces and retailers.
  • Ability to develop and implement scalable business models and adapt strategies based on market changes.
