- Drive IT services sales from initial contact to deal closure
- Manage lead generation efforts and develop new client acquisition channels (Upwork and LinkedIn)
- Conduct negotiations with clients, including C-level stakeholders
- Participate in project estimation together with technical teams
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience in IT services sales and full sales cycle management
- Experience working with SDRs and/or marketing teams
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Understanding of the estimation process and basic technical knowledge
- Experience in Account Management and long-term client relationship building
Що пропонуємо
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Familiarity with Lean and Scrum methodologies
