We’re looking for a Business Development Manager, a hands-on, results-driven professional who will take full ownership of revenue generation across all our channels outbound and inbound.
Our main requirements: • 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in software development, AI, or tech services. • Proven track record of closing $50K+ deals in the US or EU markets. • Strong understanding of custom software sales cycles (outstaffing, outsourcing, fixed-price, etc.). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (C1+). • Willing to travel several times per year for conferences, expos, or client meetings. • Bonus: experience selling to healthcare or healthtech companies (understanding of HIPAA, EMR/EHR systems, or AI in healthcare is a big plus).
Your mission: • Take full responsibility for revenue generation from SQL to closed deals. • Personally handle and close deals from inbound and outbound channels. • Build a repeatable lead generation engine (team + systems + metrics). • Optimize and scale existing channels with clear ROI. • Travel to conferences and roadshows (US/EU) to represent Riseapps and close new partnerships. • Hire, coach, and manage a small team of SDRs and lead generators. • Build and manage CRM and analytics for full-funnel transparency (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Close CRM). • Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to align sales and go-to-market strategy.
