Що робити

  • Build and own an outbound pipeline of new B2B accounts: HR/People leaders, executives, and business owners
  • Run cold outreach across LinkedIn and email sequences
  • Qualify leads, run discovery, and lead first meetings
  • Own deals full-cycle, from first touch through negotiation to close
  • Close deals offline and face-to-face with Ukrainian companies when needed

Що очікуємо

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development with a focus on outbound
  • Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline from cold outreach (LinkedIn, email), not only converting inbound or warm leads
  • Hands-on experience closing deals with corporate clients
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with concrete deal sizes and cycle length
  • Strong negotiation skills
