Business Development Manager

Strategic partnerships: Identify, build, and maintain relationships with Ukrainian and international manufacturers — from initial meetings at industry exhibitions to opportunity analysis and ongoing technical integration.
Investor relations: Assist with investor outreach, help prepare presentation materials and data rooms, and maintain structured communications with current and prospective investors.
Grant management: Coordinate the grant execution process within the Brave1 ecosystem to advance our R&D capabilities.
Project coordination: Collaborate with the CBDO and founders to align business development goals with internal operational and technical engineering teams to hit shared deadlines.
Market expansion: Support entry into target international markets by conducting research and liaising with foreign corporate service providers, legal advisors, and local business entities.

Experience: 1–3 years in business development, marketing, project coordination, corporate consulting, or account management. Prior experience in industrial partnerships will be a plus.
DefTech / MilTech exposure: Background or completed courses in DefTech / MilTech preferred; a relevant personal network is a strong advantage. You must be eager to learn the technical details of our product ecosystem on the job.
Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in additional European languages is a strong advantage. Our daily office working language is Ukrainian.
Communication: Good interpersonal skills, ideally with the confidence to pitch and represent the company to external partners and investors.
Analytical & legal discipline: Hands-on experience working with Excel models/budgets and reviewing basic legal agreements.
