- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with potential clients
- Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Present the company’s services and expertise
- Lead negotiations with clients from the US and European markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare commercial proposals

- Proven experience selling IT services (outsourcing and/or outstaffing)
- Experience conducting discovery calls and client negotiations
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
- Strong understanding of the IT services sales cycle
- Experience communicating with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers
