Actively identify and acquire new B2B partners, including online casinos, operators, aggregators, and platforms
Generate leads independently through LinkedIn, cold outreach, industry networking, conferences, market research, and other prospecting tools
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Heads of Casino, Casino Directors, Heads of Aggregation, and C-level executives
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiations, contract signing, and integration handover
Lead commercial negotiations and agree on Revenue Share, Fixed Fee, and other partnership models

At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development within the iGaming industry, preferably with a game provider or aggregator
Proven track record of independently acquiring new clients and closing deals, rather than focusing solely on existing account management
Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, commercial partnership models, and game integration processes
Experience negotiating with international operators and aggregators, including commercial terms such as Revenue Share and Fixed Fee
Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills, including cold outreach, LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and consistent follow-ups
