What you’ll do:
Conduct deep-dive market research and feasibility studies for target countries APAC region to evaluate regulatory frameworks, local financial landscapes, consumer habits, and competitive risks prior to entry;
Design, own, and execute the complete action plan for launching new geographic markets — from initial legal and technical assessment to full operational rollout;
Lead the deployment of proprietary financial products tailored to local market specifics, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and product-market fit;
Lead complex commercial negotiations, contractual agreements, and fee structures with local partners to optimize transaction costs and maximize profitability;
Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to address local pain points and ensure smooth go-to-market execution.
Your expertise:
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Expansion within the FinTech/financial Services industry;
Hands-on experience operating in, launching, or scaling financial services in Asia region;
An active, established network of C-level contacts, strategic decision-makers, and local payment ecosystem players in the APAC region;
Demonstrated success in building market entry processes and launching products/solutions from the scratch;
Comprehensive understanding of local financial schemes, regulatory requirements, local consumer preferences, and region-specific infrastructure challenges;
Outstanding track record in closing high-value commercial deals and navigating complex local business etiquette;
Native/Fluent English is required;
