- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or Partnership Manager
- English proficiency at C1—C2 level (mandatory) — all partner communication is conducted in English
- Experience in U.S. lead generation industries such as Home Improvement, Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Mortgage, Personal Loans, Cash Home Buyers, or similar verticals
- Experience working with Ping/Post, Direct Post, lead distribution, or affiliate partnership models
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
