We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand and manage our network of payment partners, service providers, and merchants. This role focuses on building new partnerships, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring smooth cooperation between external partners and internal teams.
Your daily tasks will include
Identify and approach potential payment partners, service providers, and merchants
Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with existing partners
Conduct outreach, introductory calls, meetings, and negotiations with potential partners
Support the onboarding process for new partners and coordinate implementation with internal teams
Act as the main point of contact for partners and help resolve operational or business-related issues
Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve cooperation
Prepare commercial proposals, partnership terms, and related documentation
Maintain accurate records of partner communications and activities
You areProfessional Skills
At least 2 year of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Account Management, Sales, or a similar role
Experience communicating with external partners, clients, vendors, or service providers
English proficiency at B2 level or higher is a must
Strong computer literacy and confidence working with digital tools
Ability to organise information, analyse data, and manage multiple ongoing conversations and projects
1+ year of experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, blockchain, or other technology-related industries
