- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Understand the client's business, processes, goals, and challenges.
- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development.
- Experience leading discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Що пропонуємо
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience working with international clients.
