Що робити
- Be responsible for delivering functionality to production, together with the team;
- Manage the team’s backlog: creating, prioritizing, analyzing and researching stories, accepting stories at the end of the sprint based on an accurate in-depth understanding of functionality and business needs;
- Work closely with the team to achieve sprint goals;
- Build strong and welcoming relationships with business users and stakeholders;
- Engage with stakeholders – clarifying requirements, understanding their level of satisfaction with the team and functionality, adjusting team actions according to feedback;
Що очікуємо
- Availability of relevant experience;
- Strong command of SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies:
- Ability to lead complex discussions about team performance with product management and stakeholders;
- Understand the technology components of the platform;
- Conduct requirements analysis and create a technical description of the fiche work.
