- Analyze operational processes and usage scenarios of parcel lockers and other OOH solutions from the perspective of operators, customers, and end users
- Work with requirements spanning software, hardware, and embedded solutions simultaneously, taking into account the interdependencies between them
- Analyze operational and product data (occupancy, turnover, dwell time, redirections, etc.) to identify opportunities for product and network optimization
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business, user, and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear and understandable requirements for technical teams
Що очікуємо
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working with products combining software, hardware, and/or embedded solutions is a plus
- Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements (business/functional/non-functional requirements)
- Experience with requirements documentation (User Stories, BRD/FRD, etc.)
- Analytical mindset, ability to work with data and draw product conclusions from it
