• Partner with product, and operations to capture and clarify business requirements for platform features, tools, and processes.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for engineering teams.
• Analyse betting, customer, and commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues (e.g., product performance, conversion, retention, margins, exposure).
• Support prioritisation and roadmap planning by quantifying impact, effort, and dependencies for proposed changes.
• Document and maintain end‑to‑end processes across the platform lifecycle: registration, deposit, bet placement, and customer support journeys for all of the operators.
