- ● Conduct elicitation workshops with the customer, users, and other stakeholders;
- ● Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements;
- ● Identify actual business rules, constraints, and dependencies;
- ● Design a single, coherent documentation structure usable as a source of truth for project requirements;
- ● Create detailed requirements for the development team, defining acceptance criteria, edge cases, and constraints;
Що очікуємо
- ● 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- ● Strong ability to identify implicit and undocumented requirements;
- ● Advanced systems thinking and an end-to-end mindset;
- ● Experience modeling business processes, user journeys and flows, state diagrams, integration and data flows;
- ● Proven experience creating Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Functional and Non-Functional Requirements, Use Cases and Scenarios;
